LMH: I wish it was spring ... Very cold start to the day here too (minus 5) but clear skies and only a moderate wind.
Hydrotherapy sounds good, ale. I quite enjoyed the pool when I was unable to run last year.
What: another MLR done
Why: nice morning for it - weather is supposed to turn foul again so made the most of it. Hopefully I got away with being a bit cheeky ... so far everything feels fine. I had one of those runs where I felt I could have gone on forever but sadly ran out of time.

I'm not where I was this time last year Alehouse - mind you on this day last year I was hit by a car whilst out running then needed the best part of two weeks off, I'm hoping that won't happen again!
