Hi All, I twisted my ankle around Xmas, basically went over on the side of my foot. I'm still getting pain when I run on it. Can anyone recommend me some sort of support for it?
I sprained my ankle badly a few years ago and needed to have it strapped when getting back into my running, I find off the shelf stuff just don't do the job, are a poor fit and can be uncomfortable, causing blisters etc so chose to tape my foot up myself which was much better. As it got stronger I was able to reduce the amount of tape accordingly.
But if you're injured you should really get that sorted, see a physio and get a rehab plan
