Wednesday 21st February 2018 - I've been long, a long way from here

Morning.

Lyrics - I've been long, a long way from here

Really pleased to hear that SC.

When will you get the results RFJ?

How are you feeling emzap?

What:            easy miles
Why:             underemployed today so time for a few extra if the legs are willing
Last hard:     earning a living at the moment
Last rest:      24/1
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

    Morning

Sorry been AWOL but been away again and no wifi in room

What: Something will see how legs feel
    Why: Because I can
    Last hard: travelling back
    Lyrics; Not sure

I had a good 4 days training 10 miles a day and a second run of 4 miles and lots of walking;-)
    ALF: Always a little further
    Miles makes smiles.

    Morning!

    Lyrics: no

Yesterday's were "You are my sunshine", covered by many acts and also Wigan Athletic's "theme" song.

What: maybe a swim, maybe the gym

    Why: work this morning

Hope all is ok, RFJ! I know the worry of waiting for results!

    Hiya

Ohh interesting RFJ, hope the tests prove positively
LmH - saw her the week before last and ironed me out. No quad issues, but have tight glutes and hip flexors so been reading my "book of stretches" to help that area.
Got some funny looks holding a lamppost and leaning sideways waiting for the 6.01 this morning...
    What - easy lunchtime miles
Why - 5*800s yesterday at around 6m/m pace (road)
Found it hard - but a flick back thru the diary found the same session hard last year too. First true pacey stuff since the summer. Not as if I have ks 1200s, miles and more 8s over the next 6 weeks or anything...
    last rest - 15/12
    last hard - yesterday

    Lyrics: Yep
    What: Something
Why: I want to but am a bit jaded today
Last Hard: Getting out of bed today. That snooze button to blame
    Last Rest: Sunday
Good and safe day to all

    Good news emzap and SC.

They obliged Wabo though slowly:-) Physio tomorrow - hoping that will sort them out for a few more high mileage weeks as my knees are beginning to niggle a bit.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.
