New shoe advice. Adistar ESM boost replacement

jb1881jb1881 ✭✭
Hi all,

I have got through 5 or 6 pairs of Adidas Adistar ESM boost trainers in the last 3 years and need to invest in some new trainers. I can't find the ESM boost anymore. Can anyone advise as to a similar shoe for support? I previously bought a pair of Boston Boost as the store advised me I would be 'quicker' in them. That might have been true but they also gave me Plantar Fasciitis symptoms as I suspect they didn't provide enough support. I don't mind sacrificing speed if it means I am getting shoes that I can actually use without injury.

Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Given your history with Plantar Fasciitis symptoms, it's crucial to prioritize support in your new trainers. Consider trying the Adidas Solar Boost. It offers excellent support and cushioning, similar to the Adistar ESM boost, while providing stability to prevent injury. The Solar Boost could be a suitable replacement for your needs without compromising on comfort and support.
