What - club speed session: 5x1200s Why - VO2 max last rest - 15/12 last hard - going to be this evening, not sure legs fully recovered from Sunday. Easy double yesterday : 5.5 easy at lunchtime thru Wapping and a further 4 when I got home for no other reason than it was daylight and sunny! lyric - don't think so
what: going to try local class I found (legs, bums and tums, hoping it's basically core), probably jog there and back (maybe 5-6 km in total) why: need to work on strength Last hard: the 3000 last night though I felt proud Lyrics: nope
No bad effects on feet so I think they are finally on the mend.

What: a little over 12 miles done Why: making the most of the dry weather - it's going to take a turn for the worse this afternoon Last hard: my legs were a bit heavy today but I'm not surprised given a 60+ mile week last week and 2 MLRs in a row - time to back off again Last rest: 18/3
Wet for the first half of my run this morning. I knew it was going to be a bit of a plod so when P asked if I wanted to run with him I jumped at the chance of some company. Knees were no worse during or after the run and pace improved as we went so I'll take that as a good recovery run.
