Guided Treadmill Running Videos

I've tried a few of these over the years including the likes of Sufferfest, Virtual Active and also virtual running like apps like Zwift but I've recently started to edit my own guided treadmill workout videos. The link below is the first one I've had published on YouTube and I'd love to hear any feedback from fellow runners. I'm no certified running coach or professional video editor so this is just a hobby for me. Oh, yes I do know running outside is better as well
