1.20 HM Plan

Currently backpacking the world and running at least 5k a day for the year.

I'm bored of aimlessly running so have entered the Asia Pacific Masters Games HM, 10K and 5k in September.

I have a HM PB of 1.23 and want to smash 1.20 at the championships.

Anyone know of any good training plans to follow or good training sessions. Did a 38.45 10k a few weeks bac on tired legs so plenty of work needed.
