i missed a step and badly twisted my ankle while on holiday last August... because it was a busy holiday, i didn’t get the chance to rest it. 4-5 days later, I managed to buy an ankle support and it did help at the time.
It is still hurting though... especially when I run in the woods and the surface is bumpy/ muddy or I need to jump a dead tree tronc (I follow my son!).
It doesnt hurt too badly but I would like the painbto go away entirely. What should I do? Thanks
