A bit about my running situation. I started in March, reaching 5k on my second attempt. After a break, I restarted in late but April and running regularly, I've approached 4 miles. My run includes inclines and slaloms. All doing this while overweight and combining a gym routine.
My total running time is 75 minutes, just because I keep stopping and slowing. What could I do to not stop and slow down as much?
I aim for 45 minutes.
