Hi all,
I've been suffering from what I believed was a tight hamstring for the past 7 weeks.
It doesn't seem to impact my running other than the occasional popping sensation but feels sore behind my knee/top of my calf when I walk upstairs or bend my leg, especially first thing in the morning or after sitting for long period.
I finally went to see physio last week who told me it is actually my sciatic nerve in my lower back. Apparently I just feeling it in my hamstring.
Has anyone else ever experienced anything similar? If so, how did you get passed it?
