I back to running after 8 months off, i commute to work and cycle for fun and have decided to start running again.
The last time i ran i did 1.5 miles in 11:30 which was pretty challenging after having done 2 months training.
So coming back and having done a run today i managed to do only 1.3km
With stops of 1 min for 4 times.
My running space is 300meters 150 meters then a turn around and continue.
What is the best plan to get back to a 7min mile for 12 mins running time ?
I have been thinking of using C25K and getting my endurance up and total running time up to 30 mins atleast and then work on speed, but i have not a clue.
