Feeling sick after runing

Hi, i have started running again after many months, i used to run half marathons under 1:50, last six months almost no exercise (some squats here and there).

So i went for 5 km run did it in 25 min, but day after(today) i am feeling tired and kind of a sick, no specific sores or pains just generally under the weather, is this normal reaciton for body geting used to sports again ? It is really long sice i did some exercises i forget if it is okay
