Hi all, just started training for a half distance in May. In 2017 I did the full Outlaw making my own training plan. It was ok but felt I should have done better.
I’m after a sub 6 half. I’ve bought a book by Don Fink. The training program is well laid out and explained except. On training days where there is a run and a cycle (not a brick) it always has cycle then run which makes sense. However I prefer to get the long run out the way in early morning then turbo train just before tea in the evening. Will this adversely affect my results at the end of 16week program.
Any advice greatly appreciated
