    Why - Down day Thursday 
    Last Rest - 21/01
    Last hard - yesterday: just short of 11 yesterday. Opted against Olympic Stadium, instead through the foot tunnel to Maze Hill, Shooters Hill, Blackheath and Greenwich Park before returning back through the tunnel. 
    Evening was coaching the village group, but still managed around another 5 or 6 at recovery pace.

    hahhahahhaaha- I had hair a long time ago but that doesn't improve things really

    What: short run lunchtime and mtb ride PM

    Why: extra rest after last night and am racing again at the weekend

    Last hard: Mountain climb on the bike AM and intervals running PM, not flat out as wasn't needed but last 800 metre rep was at about 3.20 per km.  Content :¬)

    Last rest: 31st October

    Longest run post virus so all coming good again just need the fatigue to disappear.Also those fast legs I spoke about have also disappeared!!

    My day might go the same, left run this morning till later but now I might have to pick up Cleo from ballet extra class (exam tomorrow)  which throws it all in the air - was planning run, then yoga without a time machine this cannot be!

    last night 80 mins 7.5 miles (3 x 15 at mp 3min recover.) All good with the foot (well  not bad) until the last 10 mins running slower when it went totally dead!!

    +1 wind/rain, just been out for a recovery and came back thinking I must be pretty obsessed to go out in that.

    Off on a group long weekend (skiing) in a while so if I don't get to drop in have a good one.

    Still windy here too and miserably wet. I have a race on Sunday and it doesn't look like things are going to improve by then. Sigh. They may even cancel it as the majority of the route is through some woods…

    Gobi: I skim read and thought I could do 800m in 3:20 :) Then it dawned on me that this equals 2:40 for 800. Wowzers.
