London marathon weekend hotel 3 x nights 26-29 april

I have had to pull out of the marathon and defer my place till next year due to injury - so I have a 3 night stay booked at the Clarendon Hotel, crown triple room, bed and breakfast. The hotel won’t refund my payment but I have a confirmation via email that they can accommodate a change of name on the booking. The 3 night stay cost me £656.45 so I’m looking for £600.
