Ive hadn’t a few months of none running due to patella damage and chondromalacia. It’s been about 3.5 months. I’m told not to run but I want to give it a go even if it’s a few miles a few times a week and not long distance any more, better than nothing.
Any idea on how best to go about it to prevent aggravation? I’m planning on starting off with silly low distance and just building up but any other tips would be helpful
