Calculating Training Zones

I recently had some testing done and found out my Lactate Threshold (161) and Lactate Turnpoint (168). Not entirely sure what they are but I'm wondering how i can set my HR training zones using these values. I've found a few calculators online but not sure I'm using them properly.

  • I too am like you. My watch works this out, but am unsure how accurate it really is. It has been the same over the past 3 months. Pretty much.
    Even though i am much fitter now than i was.

    If it's a Garmin that suggests your Vo2max, it's probably a wild overestimate.
