Wattbike as a non impact session

Hey guys once a week I like to do a wattbike to still get benefits without pounding my legs.

I was just wondering if this would be a good session.
I usually do 1 hour on the wattbike and turn the resistance to the highest (10)
And in an hour I usually manage about 32 33k.

Would this translate to useful in terms of running?
