Argon 18

Hi all, very excited. Just bought an Argon 18 e-16 off eBay. Lovely looking bikes and get very good reviews. Does anyone know the difference between the Argon range. From what I can make out the e-16 was sold only as a frame set. There is a 17, 18, 19 and 19 + but can’t really find what the difference is. Can anyone explain please
