Hi guys. Looking for some advise on a good pair of hybrid shoes for both gym and occasional short distance/HIIT sprints.
I know ideally I should look at specialist shoes for each role but for the sake of convenience (and infrequent running) I would prefer a hybird.
Intial research suggests something like the NB minimus or Nike Free X Metcon 2 might be best suited?
Final point of consideration is that I have fairly easy access to a running track for doing sprints so the ideal shoe would be a good compromise (i.e .'grippy') for that as opposed to dedicated spikes.
