I just wonder if anyone else has had this? it's a long term knee issue but it has been recently aggravated and subsequently worsened by cycling, so I'm not putting my running trainers back on.
Some time ago I had some supportive responses from fellow runners from those with knee issues. I'm looking to start training again, and seeking further guidance from comrades. I know that I can't run on hard surfaces and getting my shoes just right is an issue. Asics used to be great but the toe box is now too narrow. I;m using cloud whoch does the job but not as spongy and soft as I would like.
So any ideas on cardio training? recommended insoles? I've looked at super feet... looking to do an off road half later in the year.
