Proviz running jacket?

Has anyone had a problem with Proviz running jackets?

After over 10 years running in cheap jackets I decided to treat myself to a Proviz jacket for Christmas but have found it impossible to run in as it makes my arms really sweaty irrespective of whether I wear a long or short sleeved technical shirt. The jacket arms cling to my skin and I get really cold as soon as I stop running.

I've contacted Proviz and they’ve refused to give me a refund as I’ve removed the tags and worn the jacket (not sure how I was meant to know about the problem without wearing it?!) Has anyone else had problems? I'm trying to work out whether mine is somehow faulty or whether other people have had similar problems.

Bit annoyed as this is by far the most expensive jacket I’ve bought but it's proved the least suitable for purpose.
