I’m wondering if someone can advise.<div>
</div><div>I am completely new to running, however I suffer very badly with bad ankles and tear the ligaments on a frequent basis. I’ve had no issues with my ankles when I run, however I was walking my dogs and my ankle rolled.
The question I have is, I’ve worked so hard to build my stamina up, improved my times etc. I am a complete newbie to running and I’ve loved every second of it, however I’m worried about loosing all the hard work I have done. Is there much I can do? </div><div>
