Hi all
Trying to achieve my goal of a 25 min 5k but seemingly cannot avoid incurring a side stitch after approx 15 mins.
I started running a 5k at 8km/h and added 0.2km/h every workout until achieving my current speed of 12km/h now, so I have not rushed my training in any way. I dont eat / drink for 3 hours prior to running so not sure where to turn here.
