It's been done to death, but for zone training, what is the most accurate watch and HRM combination?

Hi guys,
Next week I am starting a 12 week aerobic endurance plan. I get discount of certain watches and models through my health care insurers, i am not sure what to go for and if these discounts are worth availing.

I have some longterm injuries, and this plan will be undertaken on a wattbike rather than pounding roads sadly. regardless, what is everyone opinions on a watch that will enable me to determine my HR in the most accurate way.
