Running shoes with no arch support for flat feet

41hz41hz ✭✭
Does anyone have any suggestions for running shoes with minimal/no arch support. I have flat feet and get a painful arch if I run in trainers with arch support.

I notice some manufacturers specify some trainers as suitable for people with flat feet/low arches but it’s not clear if these then give more support for the arch which is the opposite of what I want.

Many thanks.

Best to contact one of the bigger online retailers, they often have Live Chat on their websites.   I expect you overpronate too?  You should be looking at support/stability shoes.   Neutral, often described as cushioned,  shoes usually are for those with higher arches.

Worth checking on the review websites too for research.   This is a good review website, I use it a lot https://runrepeat.com/
