No idea what my knee is going to do today and the weather isn't really inviting but after I've walked Lola I shall head out and hope that it doesn't hurt/settles quickly and that I stay dry.
What: hopefully less painful easy miles

We got a good ish night's sleep last night!!!
Did 12km Saturday, felt strong and good on a very hilly run. Last night was club and capture and evade. We were in the evade group, over 30 min 5km and we got back before the others
Still struggling a bit here but plodding along.

Hazel, that'll be a pain, you can't really exercise with a mask on, and the evidence shows the virus hardly spreads outside unless in real crowds.

Another good session on the track 9 x 400 1.57 AVE time. 600 m jog recovery then 1k at pace. Really hard but I really enjoyed it
Dustin we have to work 20% from next week which mainly I'll do at home still. But a couple of the guys haven't been in at all since march so it will be strange for them
