I built a garden room/gym recently and started running on my treadmill. My gym has a split Air conditioner to cool me down while running and sweating.
After my long run, I feel chilly and uncomfortable under my body due to the sweat. I've read few blogs about sweat wicking shirts, coldgear, heatgear and base layers etc. These bloggers are outside runners so may not apply to me.
Can I get recommendations on what I should wear to keep me warn after exercising? Thanks
