Friday 5th March 2021 Giant steps are what you take

Morning!

Lyrics: Giant steps are what you take

I hope my leg don't break

Lines 1 and 3 as the title is in line 2!

What: hopefully a short walk

Why: gentle exercise and fresh air usually help! But yes, am taking it very easy as Emz suggests.

Thought RFJ's team were unlucky, Wabo!

Would be good to see a few missing people pop in!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Feeling like a more restful day: insulation, swim and run saw me knackered yesterday evening. Swim was particularly cold. Probably a swim free day, today.
    1270m to complete PBC ...
    17 miles "run"
(but plenty of month left and will be able to enjoy some company after tomorrow evening)
Still a bit of work to do on insulation but onto final stretch ...

    Morning

Little to medium size steps first Ale ;)

Have a good hopefully mostly feet up day OH.

Shame about yesterday Wabo.  Outside in company would have been nicer than the TM.

    What: recovery
Why: speed + MLR means I need and should take an easy day.
    Last rest: 30.03.

    Lyrics: no

back from 5k, really lovely run. Fresh out there, I was listening to a Podcast, sounds of the 90's. Brilliant!

    Lyrics - nope!
Good to get out for a bit Ale but frustrating for you.
Wabo - glad you had a good one.
Set out unenthusiastic, still v cold but enjoyed the off road and pushed myself to run a bit harder up the back of the hill. 9m, felt longer! Quite surprised to get home before lunchtime!
Hard, trying to be domesticated, washing floors this morning, hoovering is on the pm agenda, I am a rubbish "housewife"!
Tbh the not seeing folk and not knowing when I will see my kids again is getting to me, though I did have a distanced chat with running friend who was walking his dog yesterday evening.
