Anyone trying to overcome Patellar Tendonitis?

Hey all, is anyone trying to overcome patellar tendonitis at the moment?

As a Physio, I find that the lower back has a huge say in its onset and persistence and is often overlooked completely. Interestingly, many don't have any associated lower back pain or obvious symptoms, but when I specifically treat certain stiff and dysfunctional low back segments, we can see a really strong change in symptoms - beyond just doing the regular knee-specific rehab.

I've put together a simple video for my patients that hopefully explains this connection a little better and offer up a few basic exercises to try and treat these hidden issues at home.
