Must have been child labour when you started working, Dustin. I thought Chelsea were number one in London. 
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Why: took the easy option of a short recovery yesterday as it was wet and windy by the time I got my backside out of the door.  Today will be just windy

    Hopefully it won't be too long Ale. And still no idea.
    Stayed dry but v windy. 7.5 miles first 4 in company which was nice.
    Followed by shifting wood panels in the wind.

    Hey all, got yesterdays, today's lyrics were a struggle until someone gave a clue ;)

    Wednesday was running group night, 5k which was hard (not fast!).  Used to be fitter than this!
    Last rest was yesterday.
    Tonight is 5k on my own but it'll be flat so might make up a few seconds!

    Don't fancy building wardrobes, I haven't the patience for it...

    Love seeing other peoples' snaps of exotic places!

    This is our first proper holiday abroad since May 2019... Covid has a lot to answer for. Pretty much exactly a year ago Two Oceans and our entire trip to South Africa were cancelled...

    Beach walk for me. Barefoot in the sand feels great. Best my foot has felt since the op. Shame the nearest beach on the island is an hour on treacherous roads. Anything nearby involves climbing down some cliffs and then there's only rock, no sand.

    Yesterday's vaccination session was getting proficiencies signed off although I did give 6 vaccinations.

    Chick...plenty of nice sandy beaches here so long as you don't mind the cold!
    Best but of trip for my scan...apart from making the ferry home was half hour run on Thurso beach. Not that it's the prettiest beach around.

    Ale - technically yes it's Chelsea, my claret and blue work colleagues are going off "points per game"...tbh I think they are just happy there is no relegation struggle this season!

    What - 4 mile walk with Mrs D, half hour S&C and a 10k run through the woods this afternoon.
    Why - day off, so doing "me" stuff

    Ha ha I'm the witch!  Dustin the base is made and way too heavy for me to carry up. Oh came home from work shattered. He's working crazy hours lately so it will wait till Sunday, he's working tomorrow
