What: 20 minutes stretches then just over 20 minutes slowly run

Why: trying to get back into things. Brought up about 17k for the week. Highest since January.

Just a gentle walk with hubby this morning and yoga just now. Don't want to overdo things.

Alehouse you and I both not happy on football front

But nice running and stretching

I did 4.3 in the end 3.75 in forest with Sacha then a jog back to my car. 
Spent over 2 hours doing the rest of the garden with oh, laying turfs to square garden off, we now have some lovely green patches and our grass that looks yellow!!! 
I ache now

Seem to be doing more Each day Ale!
Slightly better here today...still been snow showers but less wind and was sunny this afternoon.
Local walk and yoga plus carrot cake making this morning. This afternoon went out west and I walked and P ran an hour out and turn....worked well and the views over Hot were stunning.
V wet underfoot.
Chick...are you yoga with Adrienne fan too

I had neglected it for most of lastonth and felt v unstretchy yesterday! Today did ok! Shows how easy to loose fitness in whatever activity!
