Good to see you Em, and well done with the vaccine. Hope Lucas is improving.

Still no news from GP.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Lol to the nice mangled legs due to a session Wabo.  Hmm I should be up for another good mileage week with a decent long run on Sunday..

    Parents are well into late 70s/early 80s chicksta, I was one of only a very few in my class with divorced parents.
    + 1 to want to get into shorts and t-shirt - I guess I will be complaining it is too hot in a few weeks though.  Good walking again.

    Oh no emzap - more illness troubles with Lucas.  Poor thing and you too.  Well done on braving the needles - I remember you don't like them.

    Well done on the session Dustin!  You do a great mix of training.

    What - doing an alehouse double probably: time constraints (aka work meetings) offers me half hour now, 45 minutes later.
