Morning!
Lyrics: Napoleon did surrender
Oh, yeah
And I have met my destiny in quite a similar way
Yesterday's were Brotherhood of Man, Save your kisses for me. A Eurovision winner. Similar theme today.
What: about half an hour easy plus must get round to stretches
Why: hopefully longer tomorrow plus I keep forgetting
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Alehouse enjoy your run
Hope you get to run/walk, Wabo.
Today's run brought up just over 32k for the week, so heading in the right direction, but it's not easy! Dry, cool, very windy.
Stretches later.
I did manage a nice forest walk then oh took my coat as I fancied a run back to car. Only half a mile and I was a bit puffy but definitely on the mend today.
I'm sad about Ron hill. Bless him what an amazing man
Ale - I did hear about Ron and thought of you. Very sad news thoughts with his friends and family.
Wabo - pleased to hear you're feeling a little better
What - 14 trail miles, it was pretty miserable out there, wet and muddy in places.
why - longer run
last rest - 10/10
last hard - that was tbh. Legs a little jaded.
lyric - of course
Good week in Durness for not the CWC.
Els and I participated in some of the informal runs, climbed Ben Hope and did some other walking. One of the couple's that had met there had a pre wedding blessing on Friday followed by a mini reception. There was also a cross dressed wedding run on the beach.
Sad to hear about Ron who I had met with Alehouse on Ron's 80th birthday celebration 5k.

A few photos from last week
This is a better photo, though, from Dr Hill's 80th:
