Morning!

Lyrics: Napoleon did surrender
Oh, yeah
And I have met my destiny in quite a similar way

Yesterday's were Brotherhood of Man, Save your kisses for me. A Eurovision winner. Similar theme today.

What: about half an hour easy plus must get round to stretches

Why: hopefully longer tomorrow plus I keep forgetting

    Morning again!

Hope you get to run/walk, Wabo.

Today's run brought up just over 32k for the week, so heading in the right direction, but it's not easy! Dry, cool, very windy.

    Stretches later.

Oh no alehouse that's very sad. So sorry to hear that.
I did manage a nice forest walk then oh took my coat as I fancied a run back to car. Only half a mile and I was a bit puffy but definitely on the mend today.
I'm sad about Ron hill. Bless him what an amazing man

    Hiya
Ale - I did hear about Ron and thought of you. Very sad news thoughts with his friends and family.
Wabo - pleased to hear you're feeling a little better

What - 14 trail miles, it was pretty miserable out there, wet and muddy in places.
    why - longer run
    last rest - 10/10
last hard - that was tbh. Legs a little jaded.
    lyric - of course

Now down in Cardrona with daughter and Ellie.
Good week in Durness for not the CWC.
Els and I participated in some of the informal runs, climbed Ben Hope and did some other walking. One of the couple's that had met there had a pre wedding blessing on Friday followed by a mini reception. There was also a cross dressed wedding run on the beach.

Sad to hear about Ron who I had met with Alehouse on Ron's 80th birthday celebration 5k.

    Lyrics no

A few photos from last week

Good to hear you have managed a run Wabo.

Don't envy you the trails today then Dustin.

Hope you have recovered from the drive yesterday emzap.

Wabo, I am quite happy to miss out on the champions League; most Leicester fans would put the FA cup first. Top three next year though!

Speed work needs the right weather, Hazel! Sounds decent today!
