Hello runners,
I was running about 4 times a week. 8k-12k each (my PR is 48min for 10km). I stopped about 6 months ago as i wanted to try the Peloton bike as an alternative cardio. I trained quite hard on the peloton bike so i think i have not lost any cardio capacities (probably improved them) but legs muscles work is very different on bike. I would like to go back to running now but i am told to be very careful and go very slowly initially ? what do you guys recommend ?
