Morning!
Lyrics: Between the eyes of love I call your name
Behind the guarded walls I used to go
Upon a summer wind there's a certain melody
Takes me back to the place that I know
A nice surprise, Els! A well kept secret by OH! Does Helen have to quarantine?
Enjoy today, Dustin!
What: short run, stretches
Why: ran longer yesterday
Rained overnight and more is forecast this pm when I am supposed to be at cricket.
Edit: probably the last time that I set any sea related lyrics!
Possible new themes:
- sport
- space (including flying)
- colours
- names (my son used to have a student radio show where one week it was girls' name hits and the next boys'.)
- numbers
- work
Those should keep us going for a month or two! Other suggestions most welcome!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
Comments
I didn't get up early enough to do the club run. We put Lucas in a bed last night and so I didn't sleep well. He only fell out twice though, once at 10 ish and once at 4 and he got up and put himself back to bed.
What: will go out later for something short to medium
Have a lovely Sunday
Still stunned and tires from yesterday's jaunt...so not sure what's doing.
The Peters are going swimming....I'm not!
Lyrics..no
Sunny here again. Enjoy the day all.
Sounds good, Emz!
Glad that there is no quarantining involved for Helen, Els! How long is she staying? And no swimming for me either!
What: short easy run, some stretches
Why: bring up 40 kms for the week which represents progress. Then I look at January when I averaged over 50 km a week so need to gradually get back to that sort of figure.
Emz..that's a good run!
Alehouse good miles this week!
Emzap nice running towards a treat!aw that's so cute about Lucas and the bed!!
What 2.75 off road trails with oh
Have a nice Sunday evening all
Swim and a walk.
