What: likely an easy MLR

Why: way down on mileage this week but have a race on Sunday so shouldn't play catch up.  I wanted to do a cut-back anyway.  AS often need to put a couple of crap runs behind me and get on with it

Next hard: knowing when to go out of the door without getting caught in a deluge
