Dramatic game last night, but I was not particularly impressed with England's performance. The Italy/Spain game seemed a much higher quality, so I am a little apprehensive about the final. I won't be the only one!
Saw physio earlier. She is not going to treat the injury until we get the scan results. She did feel that I am generally weaker than the last time I saw her: glutes, hamstrings and the core generally. A long stretching and strengthening session! Hope it motivates me to do more on my own! Same time, same place next week!
