Hope you had a nice run chicksta - agree with Ale - bit early!  Wasn't aware there are eyesight restrictions for gliders - certainly wouldn't be able to do that then.  Too expensive anyway.

Sounds like progress Dustin, fatigue could also partly be due to being stuck in isolation I guess.

What: 6-7 miles later, again nothing fast, maybe a few strides

Why: hot and racing tomorrow (forecast for that looks pretty awful heatwise)

Last hard: first couple of miles of yesterday's MLR were a bit warm.  Asked a lady watering her garden with a hose to give me a good spraying which helped!

They were very good! Also looked after two of my son's sprogs yesterday (day time) also good.  I am pretty tired though..

7 miles and my fastest pace so far. Which is still completely pedestrian compared to what I used to run but things are moving in the right direction. Started pretty slow and managed my fastest mile since restarting. 
Drum roll .... wait for it .... 9:17

Contemplating my unrisen bread dough...why ..a run and yoga....not sure how or when they will get done!

Wabo...lots of babysitting!
Chick...wish I could do 9.15 miles these days....once upon a time that would have seemed slowish!
Nice 9 miles but on tired legs...found my ultra pave is v slow. Lots of undergrowth in places but warm and sunny. Then yoga class out doors.
Bread just gone in oven...not expecting much!
Hazel enjoy the race...where is it/how far/trail or road?
