Hope you had a nice run chicksta - agree with Ale - bit early! Wasn't aware there are eyesight restrictions for gliders - certainly wouldn't be able to do that then. Too expensive anyway.
Nice cricket weather here Ale, enjoy your lunch!
Sounds like progress Dustin, fatigue could also partly be due to being stuck in isolation I guess.
What: 6-7 miles later, again nothing fast, maybe a few strides
Why: hot and racing tomorrow (forecast for that looks pretty awful heatwise)
Last hard: first couple of miles of yesterday's MLR were a bit warm. Asked a lady watering her garden with a hose to give me a good spraying which helped!
morning all drizzling here, I cannot believe it lol chick hope your early doors run was good alehouse enjoy your day hope it is good weather there hazel enjoy the 6-7 oh and a race tomorrow! What distance?
What: something later not sure what why: had the girls stay over so I am a bit discombobulated!! Last hard: this morning getting them ready for summer school last rest: 24/7
They were very good! Also looked after two of my son's sprogs yesterday (day time) also good. I am pretty tired though..
possunt quia posse videntur - we can because we know we can
7 miles and my fastest pace so far. Which is still completely pedestrian compared to what I used to run but things are moving in the right direction. Started pretty slow and managed my fastest mile since restarting. Drum roll .... wait for it .... 9:17
That's an early start Chick! Contemplating my unrisen bread dough...why ..a run and yoga....not sure how or when they will get done! Dustin....glad you seem to be improving. Lyrics..no. Have a good day all!
Oops forgot to press post before! Wabo...lots of babysitting! Chick...wish I could do 9.15 miles these days....once upon a time that would have seemed slowish! Nice 9 miles but on tired legs...found my ultra pave is v slow. Lots of undergrowth in places but warm and sunny. Then yoga class out doors. Bread just gone in oven...not expecting much! Hazel enjoy the race...where is it/how far/trail or road?
I'm with els on that pace chick. Although I do on a race sometimes! Yep pretty tired today, just mapped a different route to interest me and do in a couple of hours

Yesterday's were Golden Slumbers, The Beatles
Far too early for a run, Chick!
What: short run, long stretch
Why: seems to be what I do on a Thursday
Hopefully watch some cricket first, and also meet up with a friend from uni at lunchtime.

Wabo: I guess those kids can wear you out
Clever cooling tactics, Hazel.
Enjoy your lunch with friend, Ale.
