    Hope you have an easier day today chamolk, all day meetings and then work sounds very hard.

    Nice waterfall pic yesterday Els.  Enjoy shopping in Edinburgh today but I understand your apprehension of the city..

    Autumn sun is a good reason to get out Dustin.

    Got v windy overnight...summer is ending here!
    Have good runs and I'll be envious but try again tomorrow! Tomorrow is also billed as Indian takeaway night and last night before Thomas heads off.

    last hard - Tuesday's run probably. Not really pushed it too much of late. Seem to be going through the motions. Running OK just lacking "oomph".
  • Evening!

    Second run to report! About half an hour of which around 20 minutes were steeply uphill then the last ten were even steeper back down! Definitely need to get into the hills more often. Followed by walking largely uphill for 90 minutes to a vineyard. The red was very pleasant...
