Hope you are doing well.
I did my first marathon a month ago (4:23, no walking) and have now booked my 2nd for end of next May. I'm running 3 times a week (1 being a weekend long run).
Any tips to improve my performance and time? Any advice would be appreciated. It might sound too optimistic but i would like to hit the 4 hour mark.
