Yesterday's lyrics: Silver lining by Hurts

Well done on the respective streaks Wabo and Ale.  I don't miss mine to be honest.

Hope you get back in time for the footie Wabo.

Glad you enjoyed that speed session Dustin good for the mojo before you get stuck into mara training for real.  I also mostly work for a US company but most of the people I work with are not in the US and are very active today.

    What: yesterday's speedwork
Why: visibility was too poor yesterday evening on my local stretch and no time for elsewhere so did today's 14k at medium effort instead (bit fast though..)
    Last rest: 22.11.21

    Lyrics: no
  • Morning. Sorry been AWOL. Since weekend been barely able to walk with a stiff swollen left knee and no significant precipitating factor....initially thought it was due to a stumble on Thurs but I didn't fall on it or anything and was able to run after that. Now I can't do anything .barely able to get up and down stairs and no improvement with rest. Bloods all ok and waiting for an X ray. Not happy!
Good running all of you and as usual don't know lyrics.

update: too nice and sunny not to go out, so the weekly LSR done (14 miles) over the trails.

Sorry to hear that, Els! Hope it settles quickly.

Decent MLR Dustin! (Midweek Long Run)
And I don't know your lyrics.

Did you leave the car at work, Wabo? Sounds like a complicated running day!

What: about half an hour, fairly gently, after work

Why: getting it done in day light.

Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
