I think it is Tuesday today Wabo.. (checks thread title - ups! )..  Ahh - a baby streak!

I also did a lunge in the kitchen - for the goodies cupboard though a few unsalted nuts probably aren't that unhealthy..

Nice lungeing Hazel and Wabo. That's something I can no longer do with my fused toes. I guess I could try very carefully in running shoes but I don't want to risk it. 

I'm joining Dustin in the no to lyrics ranks.

Afternoon!

Apologies: yes it is Tuesday, which I knew by the end of my opening post! All the days are pretty much the same when I'm not working!

Lyrics are actually reasonably well known and were on Popmaster recently.

What: a bitterly cold just under 30 minute plod.

Why: needed to be done. 2 degrees although forecast says it feels like -3.
I won't mention that that was day 190 of the current streak...

Lyrics, not a clue as so often is the case!
Definitely Tuesday, a run out west with a friend but after a v poor night's sleep. Still the wind and rain woke me up and enjoyed it more than I thought I would, always good to be on the west coast trails. Seas impressive. Just short 10m, wasn't really a day for rounding it up, chilly at the finish.
Distinct lack of goodies in the kitchen, must be time for shopping!

Yoga just done for the day. 
Perhaps should have had something by Burns today for lyrics!
