Lyrics: When the mist's a-rising
And the rain is falling
And the wind is blowing cold across the moor

Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Which P&D are you doing Chicksta?  Hope the wind eases off soon.

Hazel - hoping you find some run pals
What - the much anticipated and loathed 7 mile LTP with the club.
Why - P&D told me to do it
    last rest - 14/10
last hard - was Sunday , will be today
    lyric - not so sure
  • Uggh Dustin - Good luck!  Maybe good to do that in company.

3 running buddies found in the meantime..

Dustin: Eeek - the dreaded 7 mile LT run. I haven't got that on my agenda for another couple of weeks, thank god.

Els: No wonder the legs were wooden and grumpy.

Hazel: I'm doing the 12 week up to 70 mile plan. I adapt it to how I feel though. I read the other P&D book (P&L I think) which has no marathon plans but includes a chapter on old folk aka masters athletes so if I feel I need more rest I will take it.
Good you found some running buddies.

Having said that: Left hamstring twingy today so I saved the 2nd MLR for another day and just did 5 easy miles.

And another no to lyrics. I'm really not good at boys' names :)
