    Sunny but cold and days are getting longer!
    Busy day at work yesterday but still enough daylight for a walk afterwards!
    Social run this morning if I can keep up...seems unlikely.

    Survived another storm night. It was less severe than the one two days ago.

    Well done on yesterday's speedwork, Hazel. Smart move to look for shelter.

    When I lived in England our brick wall came down in a storm, Dustin. Luckily nobody was hurt.

    No suprise: parkrun was cancelled.

    Hope you had a nice run with friends, Els.

    Still waiting for the wind to die down a bit. Too much for my liking right now. I was bored so I made an apple tart.

    Beautiful day for running, blue skies, pretty still, icy underfoot in places. 9m.
    Struggled to keep up with the pace but hung in there, trouble is it's a group of folk who tend to go out fast, then walk a bit and repeat, I prefer steady and slow but it was grand. Only 4 of us though 2 dropped out cos icy.
    We're due wind tomorrow so will get changed and have a wee walk now.

    Been proper AWOL. So much going on and not running at all

    Chick nice thing to do when you're bored! It's less windy here today but horrible
    Ale hope the run was good, the lyrics are so familiar bit not coming to me yet
    What I actually did a muddy hilly off road today with oh, just under 3

    Good to see you, Wabo. C'mon Spurs! And am sure that you, and everyone else will no the lyrics once revealed! I think Els and OH were on this mode of transport recently!

    Lots of Winter Olympics whilst decorating earlier as it was too wet to run. Then the sun came out about three o'clock for my short excursion.
