I was diagnosed with OP in June and have been doing rehab since April (yes, before diagnosis).
I am returning to slow short running at the moment but still feel a residual soreness across the lower abs. It’s about a 2 or 3 out of 10. It subsides after the run to about a 1/10 and would say that it’s there all the time.
In the experience of those that have recovered from OP did you feel a residual soreness as you recovered? When does it go away? Or have I not recovered at all?
This soreness is a lot less than the pain that stopped me running last March but it’s still the same sort of thing.
