Parkrun Dissertation Research Help

Hi,

I'm hoping anyone here would like to engage with my research.

My name is Daniel Henderson. I'm a student at University Campus North Lincolnshire, I am conducting research as my final project as part of my BSc Sports, Exercise and Coaching Science degree on parkrun,

I've attached a couple of options which should hopefully work, one is a online version that can be completed, the other is a word document you can download to complete and email back to myself.
