Hazel, not long but hilly, 8.7m just done and will add in another bit to and from yoga shortly. Sun is out but it's really chilly, was getting brain freeze coming down hill!

Brr, Els. There's still a chill in the air here as well even though the sun is shining. 

Enjoy the group outing, Hazel. We did a little bike tour last night bc the sun was out and came across a bunch of runners meeting in the supermarket car park. Looks like there's a village running group forming. I may join them.

Yoga was hard and followed by a visual migraine episode on the way home which reminds me I still have an untreated aneurysm. Feel a bit wiped out!
