Saturday was 16.5 trail miles - very warm but lovely to be out

Lyrics yes.  Running no!
V weary day in Rostock yesterday...5am start after poor sleep on ferry for no good reason. First went to beach which was wierd....thousands of little chair centres lined the beachfront for almost a mile, then to ship museum which was a bit under whelming, finally to the old town which is quite handsome.
Early start again today but at least had a good night and almost into Hanover. Then to Amsterdam and ferry if all connects well.
Lot of running catch up to do when home!

Sorry for being AWOL. Wedding anniversary trip to the Moselle. It was our 24th yesterday 🥂

So I'm being really lazy. Eating loads and drinking wine 😉

PS Els: I've never been to Rostock, I just know it from driving past on the Autobahn. The church looks similar to Wismar, I think it's what they call 'Backsteingothik"

Ahhh, Happy Anniversary Chick!
I only know of Rostock as they have a football team (Hansa Rostock, divvy two if I recall correctly). Many years wasted on the minutiae of european football leagues!
Change of plan today - 5 x 1k reps , pain cave well and truly visited.
Not earth shattering but all 4.09-4.17 
QoP will hurt later!

Did the junior parkrun with the boys yesterday. Today was a 5k row in the gym then a 30 minute easy run, neck almost back to normal.

Lyrics - maybe, but only because I thought I'd what day it was.

My lyrics yesterday were Songs Of Love by The Divine Comedy. If you listen to the little instrumental section in the middle, you'll maybe notice that this is where they took the theme tune to Father Ted from.
