Morning forum people, I am Andy, a new member. I have been into the road cycle racing scene for 40 years, but now don't ask me why - but I have a massive urge to go running - Not a bad thing I guess lol. I have started running up to 2 miles distance, but after each run my quads are shot, literally, I have to have painkillers and limp around for several days thereafter. Is there some sort of compression quad support that I can wear while running ? I am desperate to get through this pain barrier. Any help or advice much appreciated. TIA Andy
